A couple of months ago i was stretching my legs and since then my feet have gone really achy like pins and needles feeling, they go hot and cold a lot.
Any ideas what this could be?

It sounds like Neuropathic pain. I get it in my legs and feet. The symptoms can vary from numbness, prickling, pins and needles. In my legs it feels like sunburn and at its worse like ants crawling under the skin. I find clothes touching my skin hurts. I take Pregabilyn which helps me to sleep at night. Mine is worse at night and first thing in the morning. Best to ring the Gp they may do blood tests to check your not deficient in vitamins and minerals. Blood tests will not diagnose Neuropathic pain but at least it would rule out other things. Hopefully this helps.
