fell down after having starry vision, headache ect. -- is there anything of concern?

All day today I have felt not so good having a headache it would sometimes go away and come back occasionally). Tonight I felt really tired as I sat down to do work and couldnt think straight because the headache had gotten bigger and my vision had become cloudy and starry at times. My stomach started to feel uncomfortable and as I stood up, I became really dizzy. I walked to my room and just fell while I was walking to my drawer. I think I  blacked out for a little bit, but not a long time maybe just a second, but I am not sure. I fell on my wrist and me head, both of which hurt a lot now. Should this be of consern to me? The sensationsof abnormal visions and headache occur often but never to the point of falling.

    Hi Kate,

    I would take this up with your Dr. just to make sure that it isn't somehting to be concerned about. Hopefully you fell better soon.

    Yes, I'd say ho to your doctor. Could be something as simple as a virus, or even dehydration but I think any headache that causes you to fall and possibly become unconscious should be checked.
