Hi, I have frozen shoulder and have been going to physio also had injection. I tripped over a suitcase and fell on my shoulder and now my upper arm is sore to the touch and has a lump. Did I do more damage? has this happened to anyone else?

Yes, same thing happened to my right shoulder (left one had frozen shoulder before). My right had partial rotator cuff tear which was treated with PRP injections last September and by March had 75% recovery. In late March this year I tripped over a tree root and fell hard on my right shoulder. There was local swelling and a lot of pain.
After 2 months I decided to try PRP again. when the doc did the ultrasound scan it showed a biceps tendon tear which wasn't there before.
It is now almost 9 weeks after PRP and the recovery although slow is about 50% recovered. I do shoulder exercises every day to prevent frozen shoulder in this one.
