Felt a "pop" in my head, followed by 10/10 pain and collapse

Posting for my brother that lives out of state and is young and asking for advice

19 year-old male

5'7" 170lbs

No current medications

Recreational weed

Yesterday he was smoking high concentrated weed and gaming when his vision started tunneling and visual peripheries started getting darker. He suddenly felt a "pop" in the frontal lobe/forehead area. He said the pop "felt literally on my brain". It was quickly followed by 10/10 burning fire-like pain in the same frontal area that didn't radiate anywhere else. He stood up quickly, got light-headed, and collapsed. He laid on the floor for about 5 seconds conscious and aware of what was happening but was unable to stand up due to feeling like his brain wasn't cooperating (he never lost consciousness). He got back up after about 5 seconds and sat down. It took about 2 minutes for the pain to reduce to a 5/10.

He went to the hospital that day and had a CT of the head done, which was normal.

Today he still feels sluggish like he's hung over and has 1/10 pain in the same area.

My OTHER brother has a history of brain cysts in which he had surgically removed.

Could this be due to the smoking high concentrated weed + gaming? He said he was higher than he's ever been. He said the weed was a dab, not synthetic.

The CT was negative, should he get an MRI?

The "pop" + 10/10 pain makes me think ruptured aneurysm but the CT would show that, wouldn't it? He has no other deficits or symptoms currently other than described above.
