Felt tired and weak for 4 weeks, could it be cancer?

usually I'm very fit, i go to the gym everyday and am always excercising, although this week I've just layed in bed, i have a kind of low grade fever, and i just don't have the energy to do anything, its very very wierd as this is not like me at all, it started 4 weeks ago and has gradually got worse, at first i would be tired more than usual on and off, by week 2 it got a little worse, week 3 a little worser.... and now week 4 i just dont have any energy, i went to the docs he said my temperature and heartbeat etc is normal, so hes put me in for some blood tests he said i may have anemia or thyroid something, i just dont understand how this has happened, i was as fit as a fiddle! And im only 23,

so my symptoms are

1. Cold sensation if i am not fully wrapped up

2. Eyes just feel heavy

3. No energy

4. Low grade fever

i dont want to say fatigue as people with fatigue from what i understand are literally ZAPPED and can not move,

i have no pain at all ANYWHERE, no lumps or anything

    Hello Nathan

It is most unlikely to be cancer. It could be a number of things. The only way forward is not to seek advice or solutions here but to ask pay a visit to your GP/family physician.

I hope you feel well soon
