Female groin/bikini line rash!?

I have had this rash type issue in my groin area,not my labia or vagina but on the top of thighs where the crease is between my vagina legs,same patch on each side sort of,it was always dry and red but not really itchy (also I don't have an std) I assumed it was to being overweight so I lost alot of weight and it was still there. About four days ago I started putting anti fungal cream on it and it has cleared up so much already.I Googled everything and can't find anything.it's kinda like if I rub my finger there old skin peels off in that crease area.it looks like its starting to clear and I am happy for that.hopefully anyone else has this?
