I am 45 in early menopause and have been taking femeston 2/10 for 8 months now...it has changed my life and I feel great but recently my bleeds have been irregular but to be honest I haven't been taking my tablet at the same time every day...on Saturday I forgot to take it at 7 and ended up taking it at 1 in the morning. Is this causing the irregular bleeds? Any help would be so appreciated as I am new to all this! Many thanks!

    Sorry I can't help with the bleeding. Is it tablet form you are taking ? I started the patches 2 weeks ago. How long before you started to feel an improvement on them ?

      Within a month I was feeling like a normal person again...how are you doing with patches?

      I started them 2 weeks ago. I have so many symptoms so I don't think they can sort them all out right away. I do think the panic of going to places has eased a bit and perhaps not so many night sweats but I suppose early days.

    You didn't mention how often you took it at the wrong time, or if that was the only time you took it late. I'm not really sure if it could impact you enough to bleed like that, but my dr. stressed how important it is to take it at the same time every day.

      I've left it late a few times! I'm just never sure when I'm going to have a bleed.
