FEMOSTOM - light or no bleed? Is this normal? Anyone else noticed this?

After discussion with the doc she prescribed Femostom 10mg white and grey tabs.  I have just finished my second strip of tablets and found I hardly had any bleed towards the end of the grey tabs.  Just wanted to know if anyone else has experience this because the last lot of HRT I was on gave me severe bleeds.

What HRT were you on previously?

Hi - I was previously put on Estelle Duet 10mg (unsure of spelling) and it wasn't for me at all.  I was as worse on them, felt totally different not in a good way + PMT and bleeding like you wouldn't believe. Gave it a break and was moody, had aches and pains so went back three months later and was prescribed FEMOSTOM.  This is much better but am concerned that I don't have a bleed which I thought was part of being on HRT so worrying it could have implications on my heart?  Got a lot on but lately felt tired, have insomnia again and aches and pains some in my chest 2 months later with FEMOSTOM. Going to docs again to discuss.
