Femur head fracture

I have an hairline crack in femur head, no surgery, there are some edema inside it is kinda painful, but how serious is this femur head fracture

    I fractured the neck of my femur and when the repair did not adhere to the bone, ended up having a total hip replacement. I have Osteoporosis so maybe that is why. Sure this won't happen to you but I remember how painful it was. Good luck.
