Fentanyl withdrawal

after 6 years of being placed on fentanyl patches for chronic pain i finally went and done a self detox i am 3 weeks without patches but boy it was one of the toughest fight for 3 weeks and already my mind feels better my pain not soo good but i would rather be free of that awful medicine and try other herbal options for pain , but still 3 weeks later my moods are horrendous , only now after 7 days of complete insomnia im i getting about 6 hrs sleep is that normal ???
