I have had a really bad weekend food wise, didnt take the blue bullets.  Will power was a big fat zero.

It started with a 'little' treat' that turned into a two dayer binge!! bloody hell!!

Today is a new day I intend to draw a line and get back onit have my two weetabix at the ready plan to get a couple of sessions of swimming in this week.

What a let down I am!! fuming with myself!!! xx

Now then! It happens to us all, draw a huge line and start from today, beating yourself up will only make you feel worse. : )) You have five days of this week left.

Good luck and plenty of planning

Don't beat yourself up! It won't help you, if anything it will only make you seek comfort!

Go on as you know you should and use the forum more often for tonnes of encouragement .. You will get to your goal xxxx

    sad

As a massive foody (in all senses of the word) when I feel down or see a hideous pic of the blimp I don't think to myself - right,  that's it im going to shift this arse and get fit and trim! Nope, I look in the cupboard to see what I can stuff in the hole in my face with the stupid thought it will make it all better!

It doesn't,  it won't and most of all it never will.

Then I beat myself up feeling rotten for eating all the crap .

This is the bit I think we need to change....

We are human,  we will make bad decisions and not learn from them.

    We will do it again.

The trick is to not allow a bad day or 2 to turn in to a bad week - the diet starts the next day be it a sunday or a Wednesday.

Im sooooo guilty of saying ill be good from Monday.

The truth is that,  that Monday never came because I made excuse after excuse.

But the fear of the dreaded orange oil leaking from my  bum whilst talking with a colleague is so great that it seems to be working.

What im trying to say is DONT BEAT YOURSELF UP. get back on that horse.

What is your downfall?  Sweet or savoury? mine is sweet mainly chocolate - I miss it massively if im honest but the longer you go without something the easier it becomes.

    Sorry for the massive ramblings

    Xxxx

I have a sweet tooth so I am having merangue nests as a treat with fat free yogurt and fruit normally frozen berries, I was fine until my daughter brought chocolate?? Ithought okay will have a treat no worries but then the crisps came out with neighbours and then the drink!! so the following morning with best intentions fell at the first hurdle bacon butties to soak the hangover!! have had two days on plan so far so pleased with that xx

Well done on getting back into it.

Im new on these so I don't really feel able to offer advice on them but the mentality we all have is what I think has to change.

      Easier said than done.

Ive just got back from a lovely restaurant where I would usually an amazing gourmet burger - but out came the salad and chargrilled chicken.

Have to say that was quite a proud moment for me lmao.

      Be kind to yourself

      Sending positivity to you xx

I can empathise with you on that one, I weigh more than when I was pregnant with any of my children, my baby is 22 and still carrying the weight lol.
