Guess if you have had a flare up of derverticulitus have been given antibiotics Best leave until diarrhoea stops .The reaso you have had a flare up is maybe eaten wrong food and caught in intestine pouches ..  The Questran powder sachets help form proper stools instead of constant diarrhoea. Best ask your doctor about it My consultants put me on it and its quite soothing drink mixed with skimmed milk you nust pour on top the powder into 150 mls milk water or apple juice leave powder on too and after 2 minutes stiir it. Im taking about four sachets a day and it stops my diarrhoea pain. Thats what we all need tto do have no pain

I started eating fresh apples, and or applesauce after a severe virus that emptied my colon, lol... However, I slowly brought other fibrous fruits and am now taking a Biohm product called 7 day cleanse. Along with the cleanse I purchased pre-biotic, and probiotic pills to take once the cleanse is done. The cleanse supposedly helps remove plaque in the colon, and is not like a harsh laxative. In fact, you really don't notice it.
