Ive not known ive had this just a short time. im in acute stage 5 kidney failure, im 51 year old female. im at 8% kidney failure and going to nephrologist for first time in a few weeks. its frightening to me to have a rare disease and have drs say they cant help you. or looking for information thats not there. even harder to find someone struggling as i to talk to about this horrible disease.

shelly it is a very hard diagnosis . has anyone mentioned dialysis.
