how do you get diagnoised i have the syptom and getting worst some day i cant walk and pain is unbearable. ibs, head ache , hot and cold, flu like feeling ,, pain ful joints no sleep or not full rested and shaking dizzy nausea

Sorry to hear you are suffering with all your symptoms.
I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia after having extensive tests and investigations into my symptoms and no obvious reason ever being found for them. I've had colonoscopies, endoscopy, abdominal ultrasound, head MRI, numerous blood, urine and stool tests, seen a gastroenterologist, neurologist and rheumatologist (probably missed some) and nothing was ever found. I was therefore diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, CFS/ME, IBS and Anxiety. I am currently under investigation for Inflammatory Bowel Disease, however this is unlikely as during my last colonoscopy with biopsies a few months ago, it was noted my colon, rectum and terminal ileum looked very healthy and the biopsies came back normal.
Be prepared for a long, drawn out process of numerous tests and investigations before a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia will be given, as long as no other reason for your symptoms is discovered that is.
