just thought this would be easier then keep banging on about it.
IF YOU WANT TO GIVE IT A TRY
I FOUND OUT IS THAT MOST PEOPLE TOLERATE MAGNESIUM MALTE
BUT YOU SHOULD DEFINATLY AVOID MAG CITRATE, AND MAG OXIDE
AS THESE TEND TO HAVE A STRONGER LAXATIVE EFFECT
IF YOU FIND EVEN THE MALATE IS NOT TOLARATED
TRY APPLYING TOPICALY WITH THE OIL .
YES B12 DOES HELP I TAKE IT DAILY AND USE A B12 PATCH WEEKLY ,

B vitamins like Berocca (supermarket own brand versions are much cheaper) helps for energy and fatigue but takes a couple of months of daily use to have an effect.

Fibro can happen from an emotional or physical trauma to the body...mine was emotional, major one...I remember it well all these years later.
I've been supplementing with Mag and B12 (methylcobalamin is best)...
Many are deficient in both and BEST to get labs on them or just start taking these supps.
I take 2000 mcg B12 per day usually and 1500mg Mag Complex or Mag Citrate or Mag Chloride....Malate some times.....I've had a history of constipation so loose bowels are OK with me, I've had bowel blockages over my life so loose is good for me....plus many on pain meds need more mag too.....
