I am also trying Hyperbaric treatment as we are so lucky to have a charity run chamber here on the Isle of Man where many people attend on a regular basis for parkinsons, MS, ME, Arthritis, cancer and broken bones to name just a few. the pressurised oxygen treatment cleans the blood by increasing its oxygen levels promoting the body's self treatment. This is why the treatment is used for Divers with the bends or people who have suffered carbon monoxide poisoning.
We really are so lucky and this charity has been treating people here on the Island for nearly 30 years

Then I take 200mg closer to bed...so I take 400mg per day....I weigh about 165 so I KNOW this is a good dose for me, but know that I've been taking these for 19 yrs..... Go slower and work up....
It's not a cure all, but it helps with so much.....I have no more allergies/sinus issues.....my gums are very healthy, eyesight is good and I'm much older as I've said enough times here.
I've never had the fog stuff and my mind is pretty sharp....and if it prevents cancer as this is the main reason I got on it 19 yrs ago, what a victory...
Only time I've gone off is 5 days before hip replacement.....then back on a couple days later...
IF ONE IS ON A DRUG BLOODER THINNER, THEN YOU CAN'T TAKE BOTH.... I take very very few drugs.... joy

Good that you're listening to Joy because all that crap will still be in your body damaging it all over again.

Lyrica for fibro and Tramadol for pain are standard.
Amitryptaline is a very very old antidepressant that CAN help with pain but side effects are often too much. Today's version is Cymbalta.
I must include that herbs, supplements, mild exercise and diet play a big role in managing fibro and reducing your meds.

but unfortunately the Medical proffession doesn't recognise it as a treatment......even when it is handed to them on a plate.
Recently a well known motorcycle racer crashed and broke his thigh, he had an operation to pin it back together and was sent home. He got on the boat to the Isle of Man and spent four wees going to our chamber and then returned for an appointment with the surgeon who was astonished by the bone growth, he was then told that the rider had been in the chamber and this was a possible explanation for the extra growth, this was fired back in his face saying that it was not a reason at all. The FACT is we have sports men and women who injur muscle and bones on a regular basis and go to the chamber which is a defenite help to their healing.
We have many different people who attend for all sorts of reasons....from cancer to a skin wound. It works and I am hoping that it will help me too.

Have you read up on the possible problems regarding temazepam? How long have you been taking them? I'd question your doc re possible addiction as I think they are one of the benzodiazepenes.

I took one for a while after I had a panic attack some yrs ago, they are addicting and a friend with ME just got off her benzo she took for sleep help......
I have worked with alternatives for this Fibro issue and just don't like the pharma drugs in my body..... I feel a passion about this as I've had my own issue with pharma drug back in the 80's and a family member really messed up her life on too many doc approved drugs....

Addiction, either by your biochemistry or personality, is a possibility.
Tolerance can happen, where you need more and more to do the same.
It messes with your brain chemicals & benzos are narcotics.
