Fibro symptoms

Hi! I’m new here..  I haven’t been diagnosed with fibromyalgia yet but I have severe pins/needles burning in my arms, hands, feet and legs 24/7 I’m not having any joint pain or muscle stiffness just the burning which is causing extreme anxiety with chest tightness and depression.. I’ve also been off balance like I just got off of a boat 24/7.. I’ve been to the ENT, neurologist (MRI normal) cardiologist (all tests normal) and now a rheumatologist who is running numerous blood tests (25 vials drawn) he didn’t say fibro but he gave me trazedone to help with my insomnia and if I didn’t like that Flexeryl.. Day 3 of trazedone and feeling way more dizzy and awful but slept a good 5 -6 hours..  Anyone experience this without joint pain? I’m so down and out right now and just want my life back..

I also had my breast implants removed in Nov which can cause a lot of autoimmune disorders sad

What do you mean by muscle pain? Excuse my ignorance.. Does it hurt if your touched or squeezed? I don’t have anything like that just bad burning.. If this is fibromyalgia this is a living hell.. How do you cope? I’m also off balance so this is causing me lots of anxiety and depression.. Thx for your reply..

Yes, I am extremely sensitive to touch! Sore all over most of the time. And achy, but not in my joints, which would seem more like arthritis.(I have some of that in my lower back, from aging). My cousin is about my age and was diagnosed with fibro many years ago. She described it as feeling as if she had been in a violent car wreck most of the time! Take care😊
