Fibro trembling and tingling

hello,
Does anyone get trembling and tingling when their fibro is in a flare up, I have had fibro for many years and managed it fairly well, but in the last few months I have been in a flare up that has included the things I have mentioned above.

Yep, i have parathesia (tingling) all the time, it never stops but i also get the inner trembling on and off too. it feels like a seizure but you're fully conscious.
it's not very nice all.

you can say that again not nice, as if that's not bad enough, the fatigue and weakness I think I find hardest to deal with, its like someone has opened a tap in your feet and every ounce of energy just drains away.
seems there are lots of us dealing with it, and positivity seems to be the way to go.

Yes I get tingling in my hands and feet. I had it on and off for years. Even before I got my diagnosis. The doctor even sent me for a nerve damage tests but it showed nothing I also have restless leg syndrome at night when i lay down. As for the heart palpitations I usually get them when I shower. That's when it's most prominent, even though I do experience them at other times. I was diagnosed with leaky valve.
I lay down and control my breathing to get my heart back to normal rhythm and I take magnesium to stop the tingling.

My tingling like you is in my hands and feet, and the side of my face, but the trembling is more in my right hand making it difficult to pick up a cup of tea without spilling it.
I will try the magnesium.

I don't have the tingling in my face just in my hands and feet. And my hand doesn't tremble like yours . I get muscle weakness in my hands and arms and even have cramping and twitching. It's frustrating when your body doesn't want to cooperate. I have dropped a pitcher of water several times trying to get it out of the fridge and realize that my hands aren't working.

yes Kiki,
I can relate to that the twitching and the cramps especially in my feet, and as you say very frustrating when your brain is telling your hands one thing and they do the opposite, I suspect mine is not helped because I have been told I also have Pallindromic Rhuematism, thank fully that comes and goes in varying degrees, but when it and the fibro decide to hit me at the same time its a bit debilitating, I would ike to thank you and everyone else on the forum as I honestly believe that the best people to speak to are those who are suffering the same thing, the clinicians as good as they are just don't get it, they ought to have it for a day and maybe they would be more sympathetic.

I have had Chronic back pain for nearly 6 years following a car accident.
Over the years I have had a really wide range of symptoms including the shaking/trembles and tingling on my handscand toes.
Not sure if the pain relief is slowly wearing down (Pregablin)or the pains are getting worse but I know that I have pain every day,yes sometimes worse than others but pain every day.
I fear that jobs that I have always done are now becoming too much of a challenge but I am not giving up.
My biggest issue now is weight gain.! I have put on significant weight but simply cannot shift it. Does anyone else suffer from the weight gain?
