Fibroid on ovary

hello, first time on here. 4 weeks ago I had a CT scan as I'd had unexplained pain in the gallbladder area resulting in an emergency hospital appointment. Had a normal upper abdominal ultrasound and then a CT scan which showed everything was normal except for a "small fibroid on my ovary which was nothing to worry about". However they arranged a pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound which I had today. The more I read I can't see any reference to ovaries having fibroids, though a friend did say that her friend has been diagnosed with a fibroid on her ovary. I'm 12 years post menopause and have been diagnosed with uterine fibroids on two scans for pelvic pain in the last 5 years. I have shooting twinge type pains in my right side but no other real symptoms other than anxiety about this! Just wondering if anyone else has been told they have a fibroid on their ovary?
