Fibroid removal surgery post op symptoms

Hi Ladies

on the 22 November 22 I went for surgery to remove fibroids. The fibroids were 5cm big and they removed 3. The fibroids were pressing against my bladder. After the surgery I still feel like I need to urinate frequently and when my bladder is full its really painful. It has been 6weeks post my op to date. I just wanted to find out if anyone has experienced such symptoms after their surgery.
