Fibroids experience ; is there a positive answer - or is it picking the least worse option?

Hi there, I'm new to the forum, and in a nut shell I am having similar issues to everyone on here ! it took me 6 months of pain and issues to get referred for an ultrasound (dec 16) then to a specialist, (march 17) and told me the reasoning was fibroids but it wasn't straightforward op as there was a larger and smaller one and put on esmeya - but by the May 17, they told me it had grew that quickly, - 7cm - 11 cm, and the MRI had shown that it wasn't in line with a fibroid they were worried it was cancer. I was put on prostap in the May to see if it would shrink, and said I would need more mris, to see it is consistency and size changed. obviously they had already mentioned hysterectomy etc, and this I was mortified to hear, as at 32 I have no kids, aways assumed that I would but similarily I also wasn't in a massive rush. the specialist kept nudging me toward trying for a baby, and said this would resolve the matter but I have also heard of complications with fibroids ? even though id probably like a child ,it seemed like a drastic solution to the problem ? when I was told after 2 more MRIs that they were happy it wasn't cancerous about 5/6 month later, as it had responded so the options were an operation, then the risks such as losing he womb, and the effect of scarring, then also the scars - or try for a baby for the sake of getting rid of it, and risk miscarriage or premature birth etc. I have since been passed to 2 further specialists, who I hoped would give me percentages to weigh it up etc, but they just said it was my choice. my partner is getting tested to rule him out just in case and for future reference, my fertility is ok even though I will have prostap in my system (had my 12th injection last month) but I'm still unsure what to do ? has anyone risked the surgery and then sucessfully fell pregnant ? Is 8cm doable via keyhole ? has anyone had a bad time in surgery ? or a healthy pregnancy with one this size ? they also seem to have stopped mentioning the 2nd fibroid which is the reason why I couldn't get the op last year. I have a lot of concerned friend and family offering advice but this forum seems like its up to date and has a lot of similar stories which is why I'm giving this a go now. thanks,
