if anyone like me has trouble with there ears or face going numb at night, and have tried allsorts of pillows , i have tried orthpedic ,down, feather, inflatable, expensive, and cheep,

and they were all uncomfortable, so i brought a cheep pillow £2.99

cut a little hole in the seem pulled out loads of the stuffing about half and replaced with kapok sowed up the hole.

its the stuff they use to stuff childrens toys, now i have a realy bouncy and soft pillow with no more numb ear or face.

well they do say , that nessesity is the mother of invention.

i needed a higher pedstal toilet ,i looked into buying a higher pedstal toilet £150 so i thought of putting a 3 inche plytnh under the one i had

and it works a treat ,no more crashing down.

i like to bake on good days ,but tins a to heavy when filled so i use silcon bake ware. i like casserols in winter ,but theres no way i can get them in and out of the oven,

so my mini slow cooker does the job , i just fry of the meat ,bang in with a mix and  some tin veg 4hrs later its done, another quick dinner

is sainsburys chopped ham and pork,

its not so salty,as spam , fried or cold if prefered, served with cabbage, and carrots, mini oven roasties and gravy.you can even add some frozen yorkshires.

theres lots you do by just passing yourself, i take a long time to get going in the morning and knackered by about 5pm so i get everything ready early afternoon , when i am most active, then i dont struggle so much.

Tina. I always get the dinner prepared the night before for the 2 of us. Peel the spuds. prepare veg & leave meat out to defrost. I'm in better form in the evenings. I'm in low spirits every morning & prefer to read the newspaper than to talk or do anything. My poor husband is a saint to put up with me

Tina, the people who have no idea what you're going through....how you have to manage your day just to make sure can get through it.... It would be quite different if you said oh I have cancer because people kind of understand cancer is a bad thing. But even some health professionals have no clue how bad fibromyalgia can be. I think you're great for getting on with it AND helping other people by sharing your experiences smile

thank you for reply, i only wish i was clever enough to think of away we could start  a group to give us our basic human rights, our pain can be so intense  when it flares , along with all the other symptoms we have ,to deal with, its just not fare that we have to fight so hard to get bennifits, on top ,and so often turned down .

, once we are diognosed the bennifit should be our entitlement,

i would like to see anyone employ me, i cant sit for to long or stand for to long, i have poor grip in my right hand, my left leg has a mind of its own , and iv only got to stray from my food list slightly or have an upset and of goes the ibs , every day like many others i have to pace myself and avoid stress , otherwise my body goes crazy ,

I will try that Tina. Fed up waking with a stiff neck, tried one of these wonder orthopedic pillows. They are fine if you keep you head in the same position but if you toss & turn in your sleep they can exacerbate the problem. The flatter the pillow the better. Hugs Carrie
