sometimes you have to get up of your arse and do something for yourself
no matter how hard it seems . and i am not getting at anyone just how i feel about life . some times you just have to push your self to extremes no matter how hard to get results .

I am HARD HEADED. It took me YEARS to figure out how to mellow the heck out sometimes. So believe me, I hear you. Put on your big girl/boy pants and suck it up when you need to....when you can But don't try to act like a Marine in boot camp like you have something to prove.
Don't want to sound like an ass here, but if you've never had a day you literally couldn't get out of bed then you shouldn't be lecturing.

not in the physical sense although i do take umbridge that you think my life is not as hard as others , the only time iv stayed in bed with this condition is when iv had flu on top and iv stayed in bed for 4 days each time , that does not mean i was up and fighting fit, i was just out of bed and in my chair rather then in bed. and its the same with this condition
i have so much pain that i couldnt stay in bed it hurts to much to lie down so i get up thats not to say i find it easy just impossable to stay lying down .
iv had weeks of being housebound because the thought of going out was just to much theres days i dont even get dressed because the thought of climbing the stairs is to much.
my feet hurt my hips hurt my back and neck not to mention my that if i bump myself anywhere on the body the pain floors me so please dont say i dont know what its like to be in pain or crippled with fatigue.
i have aspergers syndrome as well so the whole of my life iv had sensory probelms coordination problems etc .i just was brought up old school and not pampered like kids are today and its stayed with me .
last couple of weeks iv been up till 4am and getting up at 7/8am this week i am so fatigue i could start a fight in an empty room now i cant stay awake its just i hate being reminded that i am ill.
and that was the only time we as kids were aloud to be in bed so no matter what except for flu . i drag myself down to my chair . i wont do much but i am up.
and that helps me to keep trying to be positve.lying in bed even if i could would only make me more depressed and compand the condition.for me.
if you look again at my post again i do not refer to any physical sense of doing stuff i no this is futile.
i am talking get up and take charge of your health look for and try other things and dont rely just on your GP as they dont hold all the answers . just an arsnal of pills

quite happy to stay on pills and trips to there doctors .
what a lady you are to be in so much pain after such a nasty accident and still fighting all the way for a possiable recovery from this condition
i thought the same when i found and looked at the programme it made so much sense and the peoples testomonys had me in tears of relief because they were describing excatly the pains and fatigue and the problems iv had since my 40s
.and they were now recovered or very much improved for the first time i felt i had hope and will be buying the programme and starting soon . i wish you well your a very courageous lady and i hope you have a good recovery from your accident and hopefully with the programme. i gues some of us are fighters hun.
i have been searching and trying alsorts of stuff avoiding pharmcy drugs all the way . since my 40s and i am now 54 yes most have not worked yes its cost a far bit over the years .
but i decided that i was going to find away to get well and never gave up .lets hope this programme is it . even if it is not i can get my money back after 6months and to be honest £115 isent that much comparred to the amount iv spent over the years. last year i spent £1000 on a massage pad that does help some times but is not worth the money .
you take care .and if you can look into Homeopathic remedies to aid healing of your breaks and bruises . and maybe into an arnica gel for bruiseing . homeopathic tablets dont interfer with any medincine that your taking. i would suggest arnica montana 30x ruta graveolens 30x
and rhus tox 30x they are usely the remedies for brusing, tight and tender pain. in the muscles
. i am not 100 per cent sure these are the best ones in your case maybe something for trauma would be better .
thanks so much for at least looking into the programme
it makes me feel like i am not compleatly wasting my time.
trying to find helpful info on this horrid condition

My naturopath told me to find the K dosages. I wasnt getting the benefits from some of the treatments and others were awesome. Because each strength works in different ways, but K has every strength in it so it will help better across the board instead of trying 6x, 30c, etc. to figure out what your body needs.

For some reason it's not as popular but my naturopath has never ever steered me wrong. I see her every week and she is my lifeline to natural health. I literally trust her with my life.

i am glad you have found a nauropath that is worth her salt.
its really hard to find anyone here, i did have a great alternative practioner but he was finding it harder and harder to practise.so he moved to far for me to see him any more.
he had a daughter born with brain damage thanks to hospital blunder, his wife
was hoping to have the baby at home but was talked into having it in hospital ,due to her age.
they were told there daughter wouldnt make her first birthday , she lived to be 9 yrs old she was permently on a ventalater and on feeding tube, so life was diffitcult but they both worked together to give her the best life they could.
she had an older brother at school who brought home all the child hood diesesases ,and his sister got them to .
both children were only treated with homeopathic remedies and both recovered well neither child were vascinated either ,the only time she was allowed western medincine was for pain .everything eles was homeopathic .
so that just added to my belief that it does work . and the medical companies dont want to admit it ,because quite simply they cant make any money on it .please keep me informed about anything new you come across.

That is a very sad story. Glad they were able to stick to their beliefs. Very important. I think that is half the battle, if you believe in something it could well work for you.
Take care, Anne

I used to think people who didn't get vaccinated were nut jobs. But have you ever heard of a child getting deathly ill or dying because they did not get vaccines? Maybe. but how many children after they get their vaccinations and start kindergarten end up with all kinds of problems. My son was perfectly normal. He got his vaccinations for kindergarten & suddenly, spontaneously had ADHD. He changed just like that.
I think with the pharmaceutical companies, it is all about money. And of course the FDA is in their pocket so they'll push through anything if they get enough money. I know this is all political and controversial, but it is our reality.

he was born in 1990 and the internet was not like it is now i only wish it had been my son wouldnt have had the vacine .if i had, had the info i have now.
apparently theres a law suit on the teenage injection given to girls at 13
to prevent cervicle cancer [think encouraging girls to obstain from early sex might be more useful] and how quickly we forget the themidlade births in the late 50s and 60s. doctors kept prescribing long after they knew about the birth defects , as they were afraid of law suits . eventuly they did get it thru the courts but it took years and on the way many died.
and still people ask why i dont trust doctors all choose to take there drugs.
