I've just been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, any advice would be appreciated.

      symptoms are.

      muscular pain

      joint pain

      very poor short term memory

      poor cognitive function

      IBS

      heartburn every day

      feeling of heat in lower legs

      Headaches most days

      depression

      anxiety including panic attacks

      muscular twitching

      hundreds of tiny beeds of light whizzing around in my vision when I cough

      Tinnitus

      I've had this symptoms over five years and it has totally ruined my life.

      shoulders, arms and chest, mostly on the left side.
