Fibromyalgia and dental treatment

Has anyone any thoughts about this? I found today extremely painful at the dentist when having dental work, The injection to numb my mouth is the part I dread :-( and today was the worse ever. I have noticed over the last few visits that they seem more painful...

    I always felt jittery and strange after injection the dentist suggested it might be the adrenaline in the injection. She said I could try without or have an injection without adrenaline in. I tried without it was ok. Going tomorrow for anther so will see what happens.
