I have difficulty twisting round due to very painful stiff middle back from fibromyalgia and is not easy when on the toilet. does anyone else suffer and what helps? Makes me feel helpless.

Absolutely, so hard to do many taken for granted things when you are so stiff you can barely move. BEST WISHES

I've been advised to take some turmeric tablets as they're supposed to help with joint pain I wi try it.
