I am 59 and was diagnosed with it 2 years ago., however I think it's more like MS than Fibro. I am getting another MRI and EEG because I have been getting numbing, tingling pain in head and left side of body and chronic fatigue, I woke up sweating last night. The hospitals ran tests and thought It was stroke, but all tests normal. But I think It is MS not Fibro so I am going for more testing. I get shooting pains in my neck, arms, tingling in hands and feet, I also have Cervical Culopathy, so they think it could be that. All I know is, I can't drive, or sit up for very long. I have arthritis in spine and neck.

    Hi ANNE

Just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how sorry I am for all the misery you are experiencing. No wonder you are so fatigued and you must be so discouraged. Maybe ceiling fans and regular fans will help with flashes. I wonder if all cotton percale sheets will help you with the sweats! Remember those sheets from back in our youth. They felt crispy and cool. Maybe some gel packs you can freeze would feel good. Wish I knew how to help you but I do send you my best wishes. A big hug is on the way too!
