hi
Anyone finding it difficult to sit and lie with comfort, I find it more comfortable to stand, but then can only do so for a short time, before feeling fatigued.Anyone using aids to help.

better for standing and moviing around , but like you said then you get fagtied , its so agraviting, i would rather die than use aids thats me personaly i am very stuborn, i even hate using my walking stick , because it makes me feel old and vunerable which i am not, makes me feel like a walking target if i am in town .
i often think that i wished i had one of those rest boards that actresses used to use between scenes so there dresses didnt become creased , in the 1930s 40s
it was a board body height with a kinda of shelf to stand on and it leaned backwards slightly so you were of your feet and resting but not sitting .
sounds great to me wish i knew someone who would make me one.

i wish some days I would never wake up, but there you are again ready for a another day of the same, even my relaxation and hypnosis tapes are not doing the trick at the moment.
My support team is non existant having to chase them up, just when I need them most. I am sure thus fibro gives you depression.
sorry about the moan.
how are you, how do you keep your pain level down to 4, and how is the pain in your under your ribs, have you been to the Doctors yet?.

i hate siting in surgeries so many germs in there i dont like running the risk of picking anything up.
il get round to it i need my check up make sure nothing eles is being hidden by the fibro,
i keep my pain down to around 4 most days.
but the last few days iv been run down and my neck glands have been swollen and i felt real rubbish . picking up now thou, iv gone back on my colloidal gold i think thats helped.
i put up with the pain for about 6yrs before i even knew i was ill i thought i was just mad,
so once i found out was wrong and looked at whats on offer i thought iv coped for 6yrs with out might as well continue as i am ,
then i started looking in to alternatives for pain relief and supplements
so i went down that route ,and i shall stay on that route ,
aslong as it works , no point me bombarding my body with toxic chemicals putting a strain on the liver ,unless i have to .

there is one called Kindly Awareness which is about managing chronic pain and stress through mindfulness, in two minds whether to get that one.
They sell that one on Ebay and Amazon.
