Fibromyalgia taking gabapentin can I take naproxen with it

I've just had my dosage upped on gabapentin does any know if I can take naproxen with it as I'm in terrible agony with my chest pain

    You can as I was on both for a while and found it very effective. Unfortunately I was taken of Naproxen due to gut problems as like all nsaid drugs they can cause bleeding in the the gut I it turned out I had Chrones as well as FM.

    What dose are you on ?

    I was just give the prescription today and it is 300mg at bedtime .

    How effective  is it for you ?and how are the  side effects

    I was on 100 mg 3 X a day been upped by doctor to 200 mg x3 a day and to keep upping till 900mg but I've seen pharmacist today and he confirmed it's ok with naproxen been abit spaced out but ok so far
