Finally Beat Pityriasis Rosea!!!

So it started off a one spot and I initially thought it was a ring worm but when I went to the doctor they confirmed I had Pityriasis Rosea and that it had no cure. So I went online and found tons of people dealing with this a lot of the articles were old though but I decided to give it a try. I tried the head and shoulders, the Chinese TC pills, Aveeno for eczema , Lysine Pills, Prreze cream and really anything to boost my immune system like vitamin c etc... but nothing helped it just kept spreading from my thighs to my back I literally felt gross for like a month or so. So last but not least I kept reading people saying the tanning salon .. So I tried it .. I started with the hot bed for 8 mins and it was really red afterwards but the next day it looked a lot better so I waited and went 2 days later and did 15 mins and the same thing happen it was red and then the next day completely smooth and drying it out .. so I went one more time and it worked wonders but I mean I still have a lot of dark spots but that with coco butter and raw shea butter plus hair skin and nail vitamins my skin feels and looks 10 times better. I should've just tried that first but trial and error..

Good for you but Dang! True all articles on the topic seem to be a good 5+ years old which I find odd. But I also see a lot of people saying the tanning salon works. I live in florida and work outdoors so the heat and sweat I feel like make my breakouts a lot worse...well funny thing about florida is there are not all too many to actually no tanning beds close by(Within 30 mins) I have been dealing with this for 2 years now and nothing is working. Glad you found your cure for it! It is sucb a pain!!!

YAY!!!! Glad you found something that worked for you. Usually light therapy is prescribed for psoriasis, and PR doesn't react to light therapy, but stranger things have happened. I am so glad you are healing!
