hi fellow sufferers, it's been how many months i have waited to see a ptsd counsellor? i have had a phonecall just yesterday to say they will see me each Thursday at 10am. it has been so long i could have sobbed when they said this. i am partly relieved and partly terrified! please wish me luck - this won't be easy!
