Finally found a trick that works for me

Hey everyone that suffers from sinus issues. I have been struggling with allergies, sinus issues for about 10 years. I have done everything from Neto pots, rinsed, antibiotics and so on.  The past 2 weeks have been a nightmare fevers burning skin, face and eyes, body aches and headaches and just run down. I got to thinking that sinusitis is basically just inflammation and mucus build up and so on. I have been steaming with tree tea oil and things just seamed to get worse. So I thought hey when I hurt my back I ice it and it brings the swelling down, so I grabbed a soft gel type of ice pack and pressed it against my forehead and eyes and cheeks for a few minutes and like magic I could hear crackling and felt movement in my sinuses. I stood up and could feel draining instantly, I spit all the drainage out and there was a lot. Within 30 minutes I felt great again. I repeated the ice pack trick a few times throughout the day and I’m back to my old self. Give it a try maybe it’ll work for you as well. Wish I would have thought of this a week ago. Good luck!

Hi I'm going to try this today . I've been suffering moderately since November 16 but this last week I've had high temps and my face feels like it's going to explode . The pain is excruciating.  I want to get back to life .
