Finally some sense, but still unsure?

hi everyone, can you help? i have finally after years of having my diet meddled with left, right and centre i have been given the green light to add lots of items back into my diet and not to cut any more out. can i find out if anyone knows about allergies like beans and pulses? i have coeliac disease, am veggie too. does anyone know how i get basic information to put protein in my diet?
