just got my first ever abnormal pap smear. she did say it was low risk or something but when i google i see ASCUS and LSIL. whats the difference?!
im stressing over this.

i never got a report. this was all over the phone. after 22 days of calling to find out my results and they had to contact the lab to resend them my report...

First of all... only 1 pap test say nothing... if you have pap3 or pap 3d its just meaning some cells are changed... I actually don't now the real numbers but from 100 Womans only 2 get a worse course.... i mean pap 4... and mostly its hpv high risk 16 and 18 ... its just a screening for precancerous... so the next thing... many Diseases count as precancerous and the people never get an cancer... so calm down stop smoking buy Brazil nuts if you want because of selenium, use condoms and chill... you will see that the pap smear will turn to normal...
