To all my future bestest buddies

Hello everyone, i took my very first tablet at lunchtime today and im finding myself sitting at my desk waiting for something horrid to happen .... so far nothing. I dont know what im expecting but i do know what i dont want to happen. My doc told me to eat a low fat diet lots of veg n fruit, lean meat fish all the stuff we know is good, but reading a little of the pervious posts im a tad confussed, i know i will know if i eat too much fats but how will i know if im not eating enough to keep the pills working? I really want this to work for me on so many levels im sick of being \"oh the big one\" i want to find the sexy fun loving enegetic woman thats hidden inside and finally allow her to amaze her family and friends. Any advice to get me off to a good start would be most appreciated.

    Hi Glitter,

with these tabs, don't expect miracles. They can help with weight loss but you still need to do your bit (which you are with healthy eating).

At first the worst thing I got was wind and bloating which was possibly worse for my family than for me. The bloating has now decreased (2 months later) but not the wind!

As for the (in)famous orange oil, I find that as long as I am not stupid i avoid it. Indian food for me is an absolute no-no as it has the more dire effects. Other than that I can eat relatively normally.

You do need to include a level of fats in your diet otherwise the tabs won't work. 10-15g per meal is a good guideline.

Everyone here in the forum has experienced pretty much everythign there is to experience with these tabs so if you have any questions post away and we will try to help.

Keep it up and don't worry!

    Hi GlitterGal,

re the famous orange side effects. I know some of the others have had some horrific experiences but personally, I have found I can cope. OK, after Indian food I do spend a bit more time in the loo but I am not walking around leaving an orange trail behind me or anything. I just have to be careful if I get wind!!!!!

So don't worry about it. You will soon get the hang of what the blueys like and what they don't like. The stomach pains are not that bad (not like PP).

So don't be afraid to take them and carry on with a relatively normal life.

    Lelly xx
