I just found out that I have GH after 4 days of  agonizing pain, I went to the hospital and got prescribed acyclovir. I looked up various ways to help with the  excruciating pain I’ve been taking Epsom salt baths and using tea tree oil for the sores but I can’t tell if it’s working. It doesn’t seem like the sores are healing someone pleaseeeeee help i am in so much pain I can barely walk I need to get back to my normal life sad

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this. Grab some petroleum Vaseline and zinc oxide 40% cream (desitin max strength). Desitin on the sores immediately. Panty liners also. Ever 2-3 hours when you pee change the panty liner and add more zinc.  I squatted over a mirror and used a hair dryer on cool to help. After a day or 2 of zinc oxide, you won’t need, then you can use Vaseline toncoat the sores. Both will help with urination pain. Also use a warm squirt bottle while you’re peeing if it still stings. Once you start the zinc oxide, you should be home free in a few days.

Water and a all natural soap and a squirt bottle for the tender areas. It will come off.
