First herpes outbreak - please help

hi everyone

im just having my first ever herpes outbreak. it hurts so much... it's been a week that i have genital ulcers and they dont seem to go away. one day, lets say in the evening, it seems it's better and they dried out and then i wake up in the morning and there is a fresh blister. this happens over and over again, i am just exhausted and have no idea how to heal them. 😦 On friday they were already almost healed and now back to being open wounds 😦(( for how long they will keep reapearing ?? please please help image

    are you on any medication.

      acyclovir 3 x 400 mg ...

      plus l-lysine, zinc and vit c. one day it seems much better and then the next day is much worse. i reduced any movement, staying on my sofa almost all day so it's not due to irritation...

    sounds like you need to up the dosage. Ive had to take 1000mg of valtrex 3x a day just to clear up the first outback. it took over 2 weeks.

      oh 😦 are you getting many recurrent outbreaks if i may ask? ive heard that the worse first outbreak is the more often recurrent outbreaks there might be...

    the first is the worst one, then you might get some here and there. usually only one or two sores. some people dont get any outbreaks. you can either take meds everyday or only when you feel an outbreak coming on.
