First rheumatology appointment

I've got my first rheumatology appointment this week, a bit nervous but I really want this sorted now

Clear X-rays and my blood tests are all clear for inflammatory markers, just visible swelling on one hand joint and symmetrical but on and off pain in the same place on the other hand, ankles were sore but they come and go as well  and my elbows and spine.

I know the rheumatologist knows what they're doing but I'm worried im hard to diagnose 🙈 I don't see how they can reach an RA diagnosis without the markers

Has anyone left their first appointment with no medication or diagnosis?

Hi, you have no inflammation, CRP inflammation, I would have thought you would have some inflammation showing on blood tests, you don't need the Rheumatoid Factor marker to have RA, what you describe sound like RA.
