First time svt?

In the past I've had unexplained tachycardia after some meals or bowel movements. I've been taking 10mg of Adderall for one year. My generic was changed a few days ago. I took the medicine at about 12. Ifelt fine. I had a small meal at 2 and developed tachycardia. I had a couple of drinks today and chalked it up to that coupled with this new Adderall. I take a low dose of propanolol for infrequent tachycardia and palpitations possibly caused by mvp. 10 mg's usually brings my hr to a comfy 60-70 (I'm in good physical shape and eat right). After the meal, my hr skyrocketed to an uncomfortable 150+ racing. I took 10mg propanolol, to no avail, so I took 10more and waited. It was ineffective. This is new for me as I always respond to low dose propanolol. I did vagal maneuvers and controlled my breathing but neither helped. All told I ended up taking 40 mg propanolol vs. my usual 10. After 2 hrs of a 150-180 resting heart rate, I'm down to 90bpm after the 40mg. 90 is very high for me, my resting hr is between 55-65 normally. I'm concerned about this new generic Adderall and must admit I've not had such extreme tachy for 2 hrs straight ever. This was a very scary experience.
