well i started taking these on thursday morning with each meal ......didnt really used to eat brekky but have started! :wink:
and have been sort of waiting for\"something\" to happen all i can really say is my *ahem* poo has a ginger tinge lol is this ok or am i not eating enough........roughy its been :
brekky..... coffee, toast and a banana
dinner...... ham salad sandwich, yogurt & plenty of water
tea....chicken stirfry or meat with veg and yogurt or fruit for pud
coffee, go ahead biscuit thingys, odd jaffa cake, fruit for snacks
what do you think?? i must say the tablets have made me more \"food consious\" if you know what i mean? but i also have read afew posts about not losing if you havnt eaten enough fat per meal??
