i was prescribed the tablets 2 weeks ago, i spent a week trying to do it on my own without the blue tablets and the second i took them ! so ive been on them a week and lost 4 kg which is nearly 9lb and im happy with it!

      We all in the same gang and the support here is just fantastic. So glad we all got each other.  I want 5 st off - well, 4 and a half now lol xx

    Gosh! Thats a fabulous weight loss for two weeks- well done you!

    I think I shall breath in and hold my tummy in when its my turn to get

    on the scales eek. I'm 10 days in and have a monthly weigh in.

    Well done, I would be very happy with that weight loss too after such a short time.  I have my weigh in at the Drs on Monday 7th,my second weigh in whilst on the tablets 8 weeks, hoping mine will be a super duper minus too smile
