What did you diet consist of?

      Thank you all,

I have cereal for for breakfast, a jacket potato with baked beans, and for tea I make my own chilli, pasta dishes, the main things I have changed are I don't   snack anymore, I used to eat so much chocolate between meals, I haven't eaten anything over 5% fat. If you take the time to read the labels there is actually a lot of food you can eat using that simple rule. I haven't calorie counted too as that is too much like hard work for me, I need to keep things simple. I don't feel bloated anymore (I feel I have lost more than the scales say) I suffered with chronic heartburn because of chocolate and pastry (didn't stop me eating it tho!!) I am just over 18 stone now which sounds so much better than nearly 19 stone! Xx
