Fish bone punctured skin.

I was trying to cut fish, a sharp fish bone just got stuck in thumb causing blood to come out. I am pretty new to cleaning fish.
Should I see doctor?

Nope, I wouldn't be worried nor lose sleep. I had cuts lot of times when I used to work in seafood market for 6 years. Never had an infection
