Fish bone stuck in throat

Hello wanted some thoughts.
Had a swallowed a tiny fish bone about two weeks ago whilst having lunch. There was not a sharp pain when swallowing but felt something was there in my lower left jaw and giving me pain at that side and tried some remedies for first two days. After that contacted my GP surgery to make appt but reception told me to go to A&E as they GP can't do anything.
Went to local A&E and was seen by a male nurse who did a basic check with a wooden spoon and could not locate it and told me it won't appear on x-ray and difficult to see and might to have to wait to see if it swells up to locate it. And telling me to visit another nearby A&E hospital where they have advanced tools to locate the bone. Few days later, went to that Hospital A&E. The A&E doctor requested an x-ray and later he looked at it and told there was nothing there and I should go back to my GP.
Still feeling the pain on my left jaw and now radiating it my left ear. Saw my GP and he referred me ENT unit. I had nasal endoscope done initially by a trainee doctor, which was really painful (no consent was sought) before the consultant took over. He told me there as fungal infection and no sign of fish bone and scribbled on a note Fluxzone medication but the doctor who supposed to write the prescription was worried at the reception of A&E about prescribing Fluxone that it might damage liver and needed further test on liver, so in the meantime gave Nystatin. The pain the near lessened but comes up in the morning and still feeling something in my throat when swallowing and chest pain where a muscle has been strained due to impact of swallowing and swelled up.
I don't know what to do now. I am surprised by findings of fungal infection in my throat, as I am usually in good health and do not have HIV and never had fungal infection in my throat. I am going to request my GP to refer me to throat endoscope to examine my osophagus chest x-ray.
