Fishy smell coming from the worst three places

So to start off, I am circumsized , and a virgin, never done anything sexual with anyone. I am also 19 years old. For months, I have had a fishy smell coming directly from my anus. I have also had an on/off fishy smell coming from the tip of my penis. Finally, every now and then I even notice my breath is fishy.

I have not been able to find a connection to the smells and any foods I eat or anything like that, and I currently in a spot where I may soon be presented with an opportunity to have my first girlfriend, and you can obviously see why I have a problem. (We met online several months ago and haven't met in person yet, but I feel it will soon happen as she has talked about it several times.)

It's an extremely embarrassing thing and I don't even know how to bring it up to my mother so she can help me get to a doctor. Any help and ideas is appreciated for whats wrong with me and how I can handle it.

    I would make an appointment with my doctor immediately, I am a mother and if my son came to me with an issue like this I would send him straight to be seen by a specialist, you need samples sent to lab for investigations and it could be a simple case of hormonal imbalance and simple to treat, don't go on a date especially your very first one until you get seen by doc and given proper treatment
