fissure

I have pain first thing in morning. I get it while still in bed. It is there 24/7... I constantly have a lot of pressure and feel like I have to go to bathroom, but don't. Is this how everyone else feels?

That's how I felt with Anal fissure pain and pressure. That urgent feeling is part of the problem.

Thank you for your reply. The doctor is doing a colonoscopy next Thursday. I just had acute diverticulitis 4 weeks ago and they have to make sure my intestine is healed good or it will blow out with colonoscopy. I can't believe how all the science work they do and they can't find a cure for fissures. I do take400mg of Ibuprohen a day and it dulls the pain down for a few hours. What does the Tylenol do? I am so tired of pain.

      Thanks again for reply.

Hi Mary nifedipine 0.5% cream has a 80 to 96% healing rate for anal fissures it is the highest healing and best cream short of Botux or Surgery.

Right now am on 0.2% GTN and it works amazing but I lost hope since I ripped my fissure again yesterday due to over eating. I won't give up hope until all the science has failed, there is still nifedipine and botux left to do.

I had contemplated drinking some Methomyl which I bought a month ago but never used. Whissler was the reason I didn't take it tho I am not sure if that was a good thing or a bad thing but we will see.

For now I will refrain from even sniffing that stuff but I still have the bottle I won't throw it away just in case. This fissure has completely ruined my life to the point of no return. That was until I bought GTN 0.2% paste which became a life changer unfortunately my slight over eating ripped the fissure.
