Fissure or genital herpes?

so i started birth control a little over a week ago and last friday i noticed my vagina was itching and whenever i looked saturday their were small tears. at first i was sure it was a yeast infection because i have had no burning while i pee, the cuts dont really burn either and if i get one it heals within a day or two, no flu like symptoms, no other symptoms of herpes but ive been hooking up with my ex again for about a month and i told him sunday when we had sex im more than positive i have a yeast infection but we still had sex. while i was asleep earlier he messaged me and didnt seem upset or too serious but asked what did i give him bc his penis hurts and hes asleep so i havent been able to contact him. im waiting for him to wake up so he can tell me if he has any symptoms of genital herpes. but i am freaking out, i havent had sex with any other guy except this one guy for a few months last year and that was it. please someone answer me. the pictures are from an hour ago and i accidentally tore it more by spreading my vaginaimageimage

    hi,

clarifying question and sorry if this prying but was your sexual partner rough at all ? with their fingers or penis?

i have a similar issue wear my tissue down there is very thin and tears easily and if youre not fully turned on or ready for a finger or penis it could just be tissue trauma. similar to how easily the skin can be torn up in the inside if your mouth.

it doesnt look like herpes to me unless the spots originally looked like blisters with fluid inside. (once they pop they turn flat and heal up fully)
