Fissure pain

I have been suffering in pain for 7 months now, does anyone suffer from a lot of pressure in area of fissure?

    This is normal. Please don't hesitate to go to a proctologist immediately. The longer you wait, the less likely it is that a Diltiazem -based ointment will solve your problem.
