Fissure question

Hi , for a while now I have had bowel issues and it all started with pain around my tailbone. Dr had a nurse look and said I had a hemmoroid . I was severely constipated and ended up going to emergency. The dr there said she does not see a hemmoroid . I have had seen a specialist many yrs ago who had said I had an internal thrombosed hemmoroid. I have also had fissures before that went away and were not painful.

Since this tailbone pain started i have had pain inside .

It had gone away for awhile and with just a little annoying pain but I was constipated again and the pain has come back but it feels like I have a sore or a cut inside near the tailbone area. It only hurts when I sit but it isn't the same tailbone pain I had at the start. This time it feels like there is a cut and it is stinging kind of pain.

So here is my question . Can you have a fissure that is higher up? The actual bone does not hurt but just one spot on the left side higher up.
