Hi i have a couple of questions 1. Is it just me or do you also have unbeareble pain for several hours after a bowel movement, following by spinkh muscle cramps and hurts more is this normall? , nothing helps to ease the pain im litterally being tortured by the intense sharp burning stinging pain, cant stand, sit or lay down...

  1. I have diltiazem cream and now i feel it burns a while when i take it, is it just me?

  2. Is it ok to take tramadol when im on diltiazem cream ?

  3. After how long of using diltiazem cream should the unberable pain ease ? I am on it now for 1 week and the pain is killing me??? ...

Sorry for my bad english i live in sweden and really need answers of these questions, because my doctor didn want to give me strong pain killers i guess he never had this strong pain like this himself so he dont care and sweden doctors is really a joke when it comes to medications, basically all he said was keep taking the diltiazem cream and come back in 2 moths from now, how am i going to outstand these strong pain troughout the days for 2 months.. Pain killers like ibuprofen etc is a joke and when i take tramadol that i got from a friend it helps against the toughest pain so it takes the worts pain away butt still hurts ...

    hi, sit on a hot wheat bag after the toilet. also wash your bum, do not wipe it much! be careful what drugs u take some can create more rectum spasms. Keep your stools soft while using your cream. we all know how the pain can be. its really sucks!! good luck

      Thanks for the reply i have to ask one more thing, i also have 2 or 3 verry small piles like dots nerby and they hurt really bad does someone know what that is? Can it be trombosed hemorhoids?

    you won't cure it with pain killers. you can try botox or they can cut the muscle to relieve pressure. I have done both and it is still the same. if your lucky you can get the tension down I your sphincter otherwise like me you will be stuck with this. I hope very much you get healed. otherwise it's a living hell.
